Im trying to rent a house in downtown kirkland that is 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom. My other two friends droped out and I still want the house. Rent is 430+util. It has a huge two car garage and parking for nine cars on pavement with out useing the street. Its seriously 30 secconds from the downtown strip and beach. located in kirkland wa.
