Ok i decided the h22a is going to be to expensive to do

so my next choice is the f22b dohc, they have 160hp right??and would i need anything else for the swap?

 

what year wagon? if u r talkin bout the dohc that comes outta the accord or prelude in japan?auto or man? u will only need minor mods if this is the engine u speak of.if so the auto eng that comes outta these cars are 180hp and the vtecs are 200hp in i believe.do u mean h23?

there is the link to the motor its a 92-96 f22b dohc from preludes in japan 5speed, going into my 91 lx accord 5speed

 

AHH YEAH, this is the motor im gonna get when my f22 goes up which knowin hondas it prob never will. but it should go right in .alotta people dont know when accords come here from over seas they take this motor out and the vtech22 out and give us our SMALLER CLEANER GAS SAVING ENGINES!! man it makes me mad thats y the motor looks like it belongs in there.and looks like there's mad room in the engine bay with the stockie oin it!!!!! this motor was meant for the accord..i have a 94 accord myself i plan on putin this motor in,and boosting it.good lowend torque and with minor mods u can put the vtec head on it too....for 2000 dolz cheaper.just do it right..

 

but will this fit in my 91 lx 5speed? can i use my stock tranny,wire harness, axles, mounts, and what ecu will i need?

and can anyone give me any specs on the engine? please

stock tranny will work, i would just use a p14 [prelude si(h23a1)], they are a dime a dozen and the engines are pretty much the same anyways...
