Try "Liquid Wrench" and leaving it sit overnight or a few days...keep spraying every so often......

you might want to leg-press it. leg > arm

I don't know if this is what he is talking about, but this is where i've filled mine always...lemme see if i have a pic
I'm too lazy to go into a prog to point it out, but it's that little rubber plug next to what looks like a vent thing, which is also to the left of where the starter would bolt up.

i just went and bought a nice big name brand vice grip. i got the kind with the back of the jaws cut out into a half circle on both sides so you can grip a bolt head real well in there. clamp it on there hard as you possibly can and then kick it. my bolt was so siezed i thought for sure i wasnt gonna get it off, i tryed everything. then it took only two kicks with the vice grip.

in the pic above its the thing to the right of the hole where the starter goes. one 10mm bolt holds it in and theres one wire that comes from it. after you pull it out there will be gears at the end of it. pull it out fill it up and put it back in. i have to do this bc my fill bolt is stripped

If WD40 didn't work, try some PB Blaster. It works a LOT better then WD40.

Just put a small foot length of pipe over your wrench and yank. Works fine. Dump the full 2 qt.s in through a snaked funnel, and then quickly pull out the funnel and throw in the plug the keep as close to the 2 qts. in there as possible.
Easier said than done.

P.S. Fill up w/some Synchromesh!

take the starter off and fill it from the top. takes a little bit longer but its better than rounding off that tranny bolt on the side. trust me.. and the bolt to fill it on top is right under ther starter and make sure u clean up around it before u try prying the little bitch off... your socket ratchet will slip all over the place if u dont and you will cut yourself up like crazy, i learned the hard way.

probably not a good idea...

when i filled through the little bolt on top i went through 3 bottles of transmission fluid and it STILL never filled over. but i know it was filled because its only supposed to take 2 to fill it up... IF u use the side bolt next to the drain bolt...

just unscrew the bolt under the start i gaurantee u it will come off with some force...and its not hard to reach on either, their are some hoses in the way but u can get around them

if it's a d-series fill it through the reverse sensor....use a 19mm open end wrench
if it's a b-series fill it through the speed sensor......use a 10mm ratchet & socket

happened to me
know how to fix it???

3 steps

1- get a 17mm 6 side box end wrench and put it on the fill bolt...
2- place a tube over the wrench to cause more tq
3- give it a good kick...

if u know how to do it, and know that lefty loosy, then it shall come out with bo problems

if all of above fails..
get a 17mm 6 side impact socket and a impact... take that SOB off
