Default Stiff suspension ... higher tire pressure?

Just wondering if this is true that with stiff suspension, you'll need to up the tire pressure.

Car is an 02 si, tire pressure 38-45psi range (usually 40 front 45 rear hot), but ever since the new springs (12k front 16k rear) and shocks, the azenis have been acting ever so weird.

The unusual thing is that when I do corner too fast, the front wheel pulsates as if abs kicked in (which I think it is), which is very different than when I was running with my stock tires (It usually just slide through). Usually when that happens, I can see the tires had rolled beyond the side walls. As an result of this, my azenis side walls are almost gone.

With the appropriate adjustment to my driving, It seems to help, but I was wondering whether anything else like tire pressure I should adjust to fix/help this problem.

Thanks in advance.

what sounds like is happening is you are going into the corner too fast and the pulsating that you are feeling is the tire hopping as you've turned the wheel too far. try opening up the wheel when that happens(turn more towards straight). This will give you more grip and then try turn in again.

Yah thats one of the thing I fixed with my driving. The thing is, when I was using my stock tires, the tires never acted this way. I just thought it was something wrong with the car.

So there is no other fix/help except for driver input?

try giving more camber to the front wheels that may help stop the hopping and sidewal wear.

Aside from camber bolts, I think I am out of camber adjustment due to the length of tie rod.

Can someone tell me if camber bolts are STS legal?

What it sounds like is that your pushes real bad and you are not braking into corners enough. Also, you're running some crazy stiff springs for street tires.

I would soften your springs and use the brakes more.
