i dont think so, it works with 92-95, 96+ got obd2 and you need a scanner for that...

i had to use a obdII scanner on 96+ hondas at my job...same with GM, Ford, etc...

hmmm....well i don't know but i don't need an OBD2 scanner to find the codes on a 96 up honda!!
