I start having problems starting my car, but if I remove the diz cap and put it back on the car starts fine. Does anyone have an idea to were I should start troubleshooting this thing. I already checked my fuel system and the was fine, I checked the starter that as fine, but I don't know what else I should try. I have also check the battery and that was fine..So were do I begin. I was told that it might be my ignitor but how do you check it if it is going bad.

 

its probably the rotor in the distributor cap

 

I'll give it a try and we'll see, but thanks for the help. Does any one else have any ideas I could try.
