Default Timing belt by dealer

I had my timing belt installed at penske Honda in Ontario Ca. the mechanic suggested I have the oil seals changed I knew about the balancer shaft seal but the seal on the crank? I dont even think they changed it and charged me for it how can you tell? I can hear some noise coming from my timing belt a little whine, how much whine is acceptable? Can I adjust myself with out removing the timing cover? I know that there is a adjustment nut below the motor mount.

Your belts will stretch out after a few miles. Did you replace all of your belts? I know when I take my Accord in for the timing belt I usually have all the belts, seals and water pump replaced. If that is the case more than likely is will be your alternator belt starting to slip since it has stretched out. You can easily adjust it yourself or take it back to dealer. Since you just had it done I'd personally take it to the dealer. I'm sure it just needs to be tightened up.

The alt and ac belts were changed by dealer about 5k miles ago, and the water pump was changed under warranty at 50k miles the car only has 93K miles and is a 5-speed! I even got full service history I bought the car from a Toyota dealer a couple months ago. Contacted the original owners Two old farts. I love the Wagon.

Just needed the balance shaft retainer and timing belt/balancer changed.
