avoid them like a ***** with aids. they are evil and will **** you over every way they possibly can.
that's my piece...hmotorsonline and passwordjdm are the places to go through for a reason. other places may have better prices listed but at least with steve(hmo) or steve and leo(pwjdm) you will actually get your stuff.

I was asking about some parts with Password, and they sent me a really nasty little letter... they even told me that my price would be higher than the site listed... They proabably sell great parts, but I prefer HMO, they actually sent a coherent letter back.

password...rude?
never to me. leo and steve have always been good to me. got me better than average prices and were willing to work on the shipping costs.
when fred chang worked there it was even better...dude gave deals left and right...maybe that's why he doesn't work there anymore? dunno...none of my business.

Sure... I wrote an email that was basically asking for a couple of parts, and how they handled them. It just wasn't as formal or plesant as you'd expect in a business letter. Basically, with the parts I was looking for, the price they told me was much higher than the price on the site, it felt like they were trying to stone-wall me. I guess nothing overtly rude about it... I'm sure they're nice guys and all, and they've got some great parts, it's just that I really hate bad grammar and phrases that look like they are meant to deter buyers rather than to help them. I'm still looking to buy some parts from them, but I sent the exact same email to HMO, and I recieved a little note that was written in excellent grammar, listed the shop's phone number, and even said "THANK YOU". That's what it all comes down to when I shell out $3000 to a company that I'll probably never even come within 1000 miles of.
But, like I said, I'm probably going to buy some parts from Password in the near future anyway.
