ok im planning on doing some toda work.... I have a 1996 rs... i was wondering about the toda power package on....www.modacar.com..... is this package any good it has the head, cam, cam gears, springs, and retainers.. i need some feed back on what u guys think thanks

 

well you going gsr frist right? then damn you will get some power.

 

Toda doesn't make head components for LS engines so you may want to consider going with a VTEC head, or an engine swap.

 

the kit comes with the head...so I guess he will be going LSvtec. But I wouldnt leave the block stock. First off you wont have high enough compression for those cams also I dont think the LS rods will be strong enough for that set up

 

ok so how do i get more compression for those cams? new pistions? and about the rods would the gsr rods work?

 

I would do a B18C swap first...then think about adding the Toda products later.
