That pic is a private collection of all HK weaponry. I could only find one wall of the guns. As you can see to the left it has another wall with rifles etc..,

Just out of curiousity: Is it legal for us (just regular people) to own those weapons?(this assuming that there is some sort of license...I think those are mainly...what...class 3 weapons?) What do have to do, if anything, to gain clearance?
And no..I'm not a violent man
really just wondering how easy/hard it is to obtain submachine guns/rifles/others...

Shopkeeper: "We only got what you see.."

Shopkeeper:" you can't do that"
Arnold: "Wrong...BANG"

Yes you can obtain guns such as these. Dont know about all of them but my Aunt's boss owns several machine guns (even a german one) from WWII. I got to hold them (wasn't able to shoot them at his range because it is illegal) and it was much heavier than i thought! I believe someone such as the FBI does a thorough background check on the buyer and gets the fingerprints and such and you have to obtain special licenses and maybe even have to go to some sort of schooling to handle these (anyone confirm this??) weapons. But i know the licensing and fingerprints part of it is true (at least in this guys state). Hope this helps!

Here's my personal defense... I have since added a Red Dot laser scope, and a 3 position, collapsible stock. Nice...

In 1998 the US banned 59 Semi-Automatic Rifles (mostly imported Assault Rifles).
But through this procedure at the link above, you can be able to own these weapons. Provided that you provide proper information and a good intent of use. You would have to register the weapons with the ATF and have to go through all sorts of paperwork to transport these weapons across state borders. (Unless you are a license dealer). All fully automatic weapons (Article II weapons or Class 3 weapons) are illegal without proper registration. Keep in mind that a Class 3 weapon can be in the Article I weapon's classification.
*Please check with local and state laws before trying to apply for the license to own these weapons. Although the Federal Government allows the ownership of these weapons, some states have their own sets of rules.*
Awww jeah.
I think my Bersa .380 with hollow points and my Mossberg 590 .12 gauge will do me well for now.
...did I forget to mention my Clifford alarm and 75 lbs Lab pup (quite vicious dog...haha)

yellowdragon-I had the clifford 7000 g4 on my Si and yet it was gone in less than two hours at my school parking lot. Cliffords are great but definately not unbreakable.

...not to be funny, but it does look like certain areas of my work...
...don't know about other states, but in Texas, some gun shops have the applications for the proper license to own these weapons. It is the "BATF" now buy the way... ANY citizen with a clean record can apply to own a class III weapon, but also have to consider that they have to renew the license for each weapon, every year to the tune of over $200...
PS I'll stick with my .223 LR 300 for an all purpose weapon anyday... gas operated with an extended overall length of 26.5"...
...and
... Oh hell, here come the crazy "cowboy" comments...
