Default SNOW TIRES - Help

It's definitely time to get snows for the ride. Anybody have any suggestions?
I want to get good tires but at a reasonable price.

I use the same tire all year round and after 30,000 km on my dedicated snow tire, I ordered Dunlope Potenza RE950's from TireRack.com They are a high perf. all season tire that just came out.

Bridgestone Blizzaks WS15s for winter
Bridgestone Potenza S03s for summer

Best snows without studs.
I own 4 on 4 seperate steal rims
absolutely marvelous

worth the money.. buy a set and get seperate rims. so u dont *** up your good alloys.. plus salt eats (pits) aluminum. buy it once.. youll be set for life. plus with seperate rims u can put them on yourself every season.

if you want a really super serious snow tire, check out Nokian Hakkapletta's (sp?) Thats what the rally dudes use, and since your in Canada, I think you could warrent the use of them. They have the maxium allowable studs in one tire, plus a very aggressive tread. They are all business!

Otherwise the other suggestions sounded good.

I second the Nokian, they are some of the best snow tires you can get.

I never do loose control with them on and they always give you the best traction even with 3-4ft of snow on the ground..It just plows right through
