Default Ebay "Type R" spoiler on GS-R

ITR spoiler is not clearing the LED holes on the hatch. How can this be solved?

Are you talking about the holes for the wires for the stock spoiler? Thats just how it is because the type-r doesn't have a led light in it. I had the same problem. You have to put plugs in the holes. Or you can have the holes filled by a body shop.

This is normal. Try getting the Home Depot plugs, or just use vinyl tape.

Being that the car is getting repainted anyway, just ask the body shop to fill the hole for you. It would also be an opportune moment to have the body moldings and the rear washer fluid nozzle shaved. Also the antenna if you don't plan on keeping one.

VERY TRUE, i made this mistake by not having my front emblem shave when I got the entire front bumper repainted.
