hey guys, how much do the s2k doors weight? i had heard from someone on this forum that japan had an all motor s2k with just Headers and exhuast i believe iwht a full carbon fiber kit weighing in at 2200 lbs and being one of the fastest all motor cars there. if this is true and the CF kit is true, anyone have any info on it and how much it costs, what parts of the car gets replaced, where to get it, etc. etc. also, i can get CF doors for pretty cheap and nto sure exatcly on pricing or details yet but would it be worth it and i dont konw this but is the door CF or its painted to cover the CF. is it liek the NSX thats all CF body?

 

that's the cwest prototype race car. weighing in under 1k kilo's. The cwest doors aren't cheap, about 2 grand a piece but I've heard so many different "hook up" prices that it's irrelevent to say how much they cost. All of these parts will take away the streetability of the car.

 

do you knokw how much the cwest kit costs? and does it show from the ext. or is it like lets say a ferrari for example where the CF is inside the body like in the fender well, headlights, and hard to see places? and the doors, would it make a diff. on the s2k to get CF doors?

 

just one more reason for theves to either steal or key the **** out of your car, plus since they don't have door beams they most likely be considered illegal

 

waht are door beams? and what doesn't have door beams?
