I'm installing my fog lights in my 96 Civic, and I can't find the brown plug that's supposed to be taped somewhere near my fuse box by the steering column. If anyone can help me find it that'd be great. Also, where exactly am I to mount the ground? Can I just use any hole that is free or do I need a specific one?
