car seat troubles

my passenger seat doesn't recline. it still goes forward and back but it just doesn't recline. is there a way i can fix it? or do i have to get a whole new seat (*sigh).

Uh, sounds like something is stuck or jammed. If you can get a new seat for cheap, I'd say **** it and buy one.
