16" rims for drag?
Very soon I will my CRX ready for track days here in Denmark, Europe but no one sells any type of light 13x8 drag rims over here. All I got right now are some light 16" OZ Superleggera with Yokohama A005 slicks. The CRX is a heavy EE8 (euro SiR) about 2300 lbs and I'm running a 230 whp B20VTEC. Now I have to decide if it's worth paying major $ for someone to ship Bogarts over here or I won't see any difference using the 16". Please give me some input about what kind of difference in time I will see between these to setups. Hope to get in the 12 sec. club but dunno about high weight
Thanks
Thanks
you need some slicks badly. those yoks arent even worth using for DRAG. especially you are runnign some heavy wheels.
with a Bogart and slick setup, you will finally see the times your 230hp b20 vtec should be putting down. contact us. we ship all over the world. We actually shipped many things to Denmark. Turbo kits, built heads, cams, etc.

Thanks for the reply's. The Superleggara's are only 6,5 kg. each so it's not that bad. The EE8 has 262 mm. brakes std. and right now the lowest I can go is 14". Do I just need some extended wheel studs do use the 13x8" on my crx?

Are you sure they will clear on Civic Si 99+ brakes?
What about the Lenso's. Are they to small with std. wheel studs with my brakes?

for the Bogarts, you would need a spacer to fit over integra and Civic brakes with ABS.
the Lensos will fit Integra and Civic brakes(except ITR brakes) with no problem. you wont need extended studs as well on the Lensos.

which brakes are you using? its the + 25 offset and the design of the spoke that helps clear the calipers.

That sounds great. I'm using 262 mm. EBC brakes because my CRX EE8 (euro SiR) has that size std. The weight difference between Lenso's and Welds won't be easy to see on track times or would it? Would you suggest me to run 22x8x13 with a 230 whp NA B20VTEC if I choose the Lenso's?
