hey anybody ever try to take the knock censor out of the gsr?

hey anybody ever try to take the knock censor out of the gsr?
Gsr censor broke in half while tring wire up the vtec using a sub harness from hasport. Now I have to go buy a knew one, but guess what....its a bitch to get to... anybody now how to get it off easy???
