Default valve clearance question for h23

I know this seems like a stupid question but I've never had a DOHC engine before so here it goes...I know the valve clearances but where do I measure it? between the rocker arms and the cams? or some other place? because the rocker arms kinda wrap around the valves so I'm guessing it's not right there...any help would be great.

Here you go.

That's for an H22a, but you'll get the idea. You'll need a feeler gauge to slide in between the rocker arm and cam to measure the tolerances.

If you ever need any tech help or need someone to install parts keep in mind I live in Clemson

Thanks bro for the info and the offer on help. The only thing I would need help on is a turbo kit cause I've never put one on and a auto to manual install cause I have no clue what's involved in that(the smaller parts like the slave cyl and stuff like that). But once I get my car running maybe we can meet up sometime.

btw do you live on campus or in senica or what?
