Default 1996 Acura Integra SPECIAL EDITION

I found a 1996 Acura Integra SE in a local dealership with 9,633k on it for $5, 995. I'm debating whether I should get the car or not. Can anybody give me the specs for this car? Is this car vtec or non-vtec? what is its engine code? OK I know it's my first post I'm a noob but I've been keepin track of the posts in HT since 2000 but never registered since I don't have a honda YET. Flame away if you must as long you you can provide me with the info I need. THANKS

Yeah I want to get a history report off carfax online but I dont want to pay unless I have the car already so I might as well give them a visit myself. Hopefully they got the history report themselves

I asked our fellow member stasi for a carfax report hopfully he can hook it up with it. Just making sure the odo wasnt rolled back and it has no major accidents.

I call BS on the mileage...but good deal non the less on a sweet teg! I have a 95 LS Special Edition myself. Its basically a GSR without the vtec motor.

Than isn't that 9,600,000 miles? thats lot, my counter doesn't even go that high! j/p, but that mileage really doesn't sound right. I'd check that car really thoroughly

it would seem more reasonable for it to have 96,000 on it but if you run a car fax and its all good buy that ****

I believe the earlier ('94-95?) SE model was rebadged as the GS around '96 or '97.
