Default sway bars without swapping LCA's

I know there is a way to do this....there's a guy selling the parts for it right now, here https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=677413 what is your opinion on this...is less reliable? Would i have to drill my current LCA's? What about for the rears? The reason i'm asking is that it seems almost too good to be true, although is sounds really good in the post. Just buy some of these endlinks, and some sway bars and start carving corners!

thanks HT
