Q on civic ep3

Thinking of buying a EP3.
What kind of things should I look out for?
Is there any TB, I should be aware of.

Does it burn oil like most honda?

nice almost stock ep3.... doesnt burn oil.... i like it its nice and smooth

K motors tend to burn oil at first, as they settle in. With 35,000 miles on my EP3 now, however, it doesn't burn any oil at all.
