Default 2 CRX's for $700

Not sure what years exactly 88-91. A si that the guy used to road race. Roll cage, plastic windows (not exactly sure what type), no engine or tranny. Used to have a b16 but it was pulled for another car. Also, an HF that was going to be the new project car. It's an automatic that runs and is basicly stock. He said it will not have wheels b/c he wants to keep the si rims. I am assuming that he put the si's rims on the hf and that neither have rims on them.
Basicly one of these has to become my daily driver. I am looking to do a b16 swap into one of these, likely the hf. I would have the si guage cluster and pedal assembly. How difficult is the auto to manual swap? I am most likely going buy the cars pending the condition, have not seen them yet. IF anyone has any opinions let me know, thanks.
