I've heard some pretty good things about the Continental ContiExtreme Contacts. and they're priced quite moderately as well.. but you might wanna call up the guys at the Tire Rack (888-541-1777), they can offer some amazing advice!

Yokohama Avid H4 is pretty good when new, sucks when worn. Learned this from experience in the old Civic.

Look into Dunlop SP5000 with V rating. All-season high performance tire. Handles pretty well for all-seasons.

The best bet: Get some snow tires on steel wheels and use it for winter. And get dedicated summer tires. Of course, that is if your budget allows it.

Wanna go cheap and save money? Yokohama ES100s or Kumho 712s. Both under $80 at http://www.tirerack.com

I have a set of ES100s on my 01 Lude right now. Some say the sidewalls are too soft. But I find the ride very agreeable, especially driving in NYC and surrounding areas.
