Hey, last night I was leaving a party with a friend of mine and we decided to race each other a couple of times. Anyways, after the first race the car was fine. Next race we took off from a rolling start (1st gear - 2.5k or so) and finished after 3rd gear or so. I pulled beside him and said good race cya tommorow what not. I pulled up to a light to turn left and i heard this terrible almost shredding metal sound on my drivers side wheel assembly. It sounded exactly like a metal brake lathe if you guys have heard one. I thought it was maybe dust or a rock or something in my caliper or something but it went away after about 2km or so. Its done it before but right on cold start one morning and it only did it for about half the time - 1km. I was wondering anyone else have this problem? I did drive the car hard during the race full out powershifting at red so think i jared something slightly outa line? I dont know thanks for any responses.

you might wanna check ur cv axles.. i had a boot torn on mine and some of the oil got everywhere, and it left the joints to bare metal.. and started to grind.. the bad thing is, it can snap at anytime if it goes unlooked/untouched.. so watch it..

again not sure if thats the actual problem but it might be..

and guys stop flammin the poor guy.. everyone starts somewhere... and i bet alot of you guys that call people RICERS and what not..when u first got into the sport, u did the same exact **** if not something even worse... just chill aight?

Because the rock was stuck in there from the last time you were driving... Happens to me all the time with the azenis throwing sand/rocks up.

And yes, ricers and geeks can coexist. If you really are well out of high school. I feel bad for you...
