Default got my new Cobra alcantara seats :)

I waited for this babys more than 6 weeks but now I am happy they arrived from UK. I payed 725 Euro incl Shipping and taxes for one seat and 150 for the rails. The rails are a bit heavier than the oem ITR Recwro rails I guess. The ITR Recaro/rail combo has 19 kg while the Cobra seat/rail combo has 15.8kg, So I safe about 3.2 kg per seat, that are 7 pounds. The seat itself has for sure not more than 6 kg (13.5 lbs) I wonder if someone could make me the rail of aluminium

Well, the seats are of perfect alcantara quality and the seating is a dream. In combo with my 6 point Schroth belt it will give me an awesome feeling

This is not the technology seat, cause this one is too expensice IMO, this is the standard Cobra Suzuka seat with alcantara.

How tall are you? With rail/mount setups like that us taller US fellas had head clearance issues.

dude i love the Cobra Adjustables. i think they are killer $$$$ over here though. plus they look like they weigh a ton . but they appear as if they can hug your *** like a 400 lb black man in prison in the dead of winter.

So that's just about as tall as me...hmm...well, give it a shot and see. If it winds up not working out (that is, being too tall), you could PM Jamie (Doctor Cortez) to see if he could fab up some of these for you: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=807612 Plenty of head room and fantastic quality.

I almost bought an identical set of those...until I discovered Bride.

Even so, they're wonderful seats and much more cost efficient than a lot of seats on the market.
