Default Lowering Q

A friend from work told me that if you put a 4" block under the front drivers side tire & a 4" block under the rear passanger side tire, It will lower the car 1.75" so you can see how your car looks droped b4 you buy springs.

Anybody ever hear of this ???

First of all, its very unsafe to put a piece of wood underneath the tires... it could just roll right off.

Second of all, it sounds like a very unsafe way to jack up a car. Jacking up the front driver's side and rear passenger's side? The car would be a see-saw, wouldn't know which way to lean.

Finally, sounds like a lot of trouble just for that.. just have a few friends stand on your hood.. you'll look slammed, y0.

Well it makes sense... you jack up one side of the car, it makes the other side lean, so it is closer to the ground.

With stock wheels, you'll probably be able to squeeze in a finger between the tire and fender (at least that's how it was with my last set of springs).

Just have a few friends push down on the car... it works.

Why not just jack up one side of the car?

Even then, it's still a stupid idea.

why not just look at every other accord on the road that is dropped then you will know how your car will look.I see at least 3 modded accords a day here in south fl.

I'd recommend to actually SPEND some money to get your desired look, as opposed to getting that look at end up spending more money to fix the problems that you encounter.
