Today is a good day, ITR rims
Last week I bought these rims off of this dude over the net. He said that the rims were in flawless condition. The were originally GM and were machined to be silver and had a clear coat for protection. I received them yesterday and they weren't as he had decribed. The machine job was crappy, you could see the lines from the machine and the clear coat was all scuffed up. None of this he told me about.
So I called this place today to ask them how much it would cost to refinish the rims and they said it would cost $179 per rim. It turns out that the guy he bought the rims from had the rims machined from the same place I called, but in Pittsburg instead of Denver. There was a sticker on the rims that said Keystone (the company who did the job in the first place), but if that wasn't there I would have been out of luck. It turns out Keystone has a lifetime warranty on
the finish and they are redoing the rims for me for free. The manager said now
that they have better technology they rims are going to look even better, you
aren't going to see the machine mark/lines that are currently on the rims. If he had taken the sticker off of the rims I would have just had to keep them or pay $179 each.
Isn't that a good day.

After I had an close encounter with a guardrail, I had to get two of my rims refinished...about the same price as you quoted...they looked brand new after I got them back...great work! And you got a lucky break!
Well i picked up the rims today and I tell you they are great, better then I had expected. I brought them the bare rim, they refinished them for me and boxed them up as if I had paid them or something. Keystone Automotive is a great company.
Show me how to post pics and Ill post them ASAP.
