90-91 Integra OEM kit lip! (pics)
I have a mold made of the 90-91 lip, and am making parts as we speak, one per week (I do all the work on them after work each day). The lips are made of fiberglass, at the shop I work for, Marine Plastics Ltd; we manufacture fiberglass and kevlar roofs, hoods, and other exterior pieces for Freightliner, Western Star, and Kenworth. For those who are worried about quality, I have been working with the engineer from our shop who designs the molds for the trucks, so we've been going a little overboard on the process so far for the lip, which in the end is a good thing.
I chose fiberglass because after seeing some people damage their carbon lips, it just doesn't make sense to risk throwing money away like that .. and fiberglass is not overly difficult to repair.
This lip is an exact copy of the 90-91 OEM lip, fiberglass construction, with a black gel-coat over top. I will be sanding
these myself and prepping them for paint (primer as well). I am not going to be making new brackets for the lips because they are a pain to make and the stiffness of these lips makes them unneccesary; all the factory screw holes will be where they belong, and there will be 6 Phillips screws as well. As you can see, it's alot of work for me, so these will not be coming off in the dozens, more like 1 or two a week (I can only work on them after work or on weekends).
E-mail me at OEMLIP@hotmail.com for more info etc.
Here are some of the mold and the original lip I used to make the mold, and installed pics:

Check the link above for the price (Classifieds), as for the lip it's a factory Acura lip, part of the OEM kit that has long been discontinued, and are now very hard to find used and in decent condition. They're a little different in that they don't have the holes cut out for the brackets that go on the bottom, but the construction of this lip eliminates the need for the brackets.
