Default stripped screw in the ditributor

hey guys, i recently posted about a squeeling noise cominG from the distributor. today i decided to take off the cap n rotor. i took them off and tighted the rotor again. when i put back the ditirbutor one screw(top) snapped inside the distributor. so now i got 2 of the 3 screws tighted. on the top there is a small gap. what the best way to get that piece of screw out of the distributor? drilling it would mess up the threads right? or should i find a small clamp or some sort that would wrap around the distibutor to keep that gap closed? i appriociate any advice u can give me. the noise went away alot so im guessing it may be the rotor. so im gona change the rotor 2morrow. cheap autozone products ....that rotor is not even a yr old THANKS !!!
