I got my rear bumper painted finally! The paint matches perfect, but the guy that runs the body shop said that when he keyed in the paint it came back as a 1985 Chrysler? WTF? Anyways he went with it and it looks great. Sorry if a repost, just wanted to inform you guys.

 

Also matches nearly identically to the infamous Wimbledon White of the Shelby Mustangs of the mid-late 60's.

 

I think it could depend on the paint manufacturers labeling the codes. Maybe whichever paint company the shop uses, they thought it is used for '85 Chrysler. <shrug>

 

it came back as Olympic White which is a Chrysler paint

 

interesting.

 

That would explain a lot of things about CW's.
