I have a turbo from a GST that I want to put on my ZC. Where would you go to find a manifold that would fit my ZC and house the turbo. Has any one ever done that ? Pain in the ***, not worth the trouble?
Any insite would be apprechieted.

 

Sometimes a custom kit is more trouble than it is worth. I went the same route with a d16. I got an HKS cast iron manifold it fits the t25 or 28 housing. The turbo did not have enough power at the top end for me. Then again the compressor blades, it turns out were a bit damaged. The good thing about custom is you do the designing.

 

i know a guy here who has a K03 from a audi on his HX. he had his stock manifold coated in some other metal, brass or something like that, and did the same to the turbo, then welded them together. he was getting a swap soon, and was just seeing if it would work, and it worked out great.
