I would like to see pics of where people have mounted there msd box in on there tegs. I hve mine mounted on the firewall(cramped) but I would like a new spot.

 

That is the best place to mount it in an integrs. I had mine mounted there, but moved it into the glove box. I moved the igition because it was causing my throttle cable to be cramped up and my car didn't feel right. The only disadvantage to mounting it in the car/glove box, is that it gets really noisy, or at least mine did.

 

The best place is right where the battery USED to be.

 

on the firewall isnt suggested actually. i have heard of alot of people burning them up from mounting them there, from lack of heat dissipation. same with the glove box. i was gonna do that,but MSD told me no , they said it would more than likely fry after a short time. in the Integra bays its kinda tight though. if you wanna keep it in the bay id relocate the battery and put it there, or they make these like stand up plates to mount them right over the ABS module. i think Summit sells them for like $20 or so . i kept mine in the driver compartment under the passenger seat

I mounted mine over the IM as well, but that really only works on the GSR. The LSs IM comes up while the GSRs goes down, so theres more room on the gsr. My IM used to hit it whenever I put it in reverse...but that was back when I had an LS.
