Put the Cool Blue side by side of a conventional halogen light (both in Integras), you will definately see the Cool Blue are brighter and whiter.

Hiper Industries? Yeah, get them if you don't mind the decreased light output and blowing your headlights every couple of months.

For something whiter and brighter than stock, get the Sylvania Cool Blues 9005. I've had my 9006 for 1 1/2 years already...and I bought them used.

You call Razo and Hiper REAL headlights? Go get Philips true High Intensity Discharge, and stop playing around with coloured rice bulbs

keep in mind, in changing the bulbs you're just changing the color temp. the amount of light thats outputted isn't any more it just looks more because of the light color.
