Default ITR cams with obd2?

I heard that with and obd2 ecu I will not get as much power out of the ITR cams in my b16 with bolt ons? I know the ECU will need to be chipped because I will be making power past the rev limiter. Im about to drop in some ITR cams and valve springs and retainers so i wanted to see if it was true. Thanks!

They will make a good amount of power with factory ECU but if you can get a chipped OBD1 it makes even more.

to get the most out of the cams i would probably recomend getting a jumper harness and a chipped p28.. Try talking to Kenji on here he does really good work
