oops, sorry for not answering you guys questions. Its not a gsr, unfortunately and right now my plans are to just fix exsisting problems the car has right now. There are a lot of wiring issues and vacuum line problems to be delt with. Ive got bad tie rods, CV boot on the right side, and my motor mounts feel like mush. My tranny feels bad too, synchros are goin out in third, I feel it a little in 4th and 5th too.
The first thing Im doing once I get all that junk done is to lower it a bit...still havnt decided what Im goin to use, but Im leaning toward Ground Control Coilovers with Tokico Yellows. Still debating about rims as well, maybe Rota Group N's. Also in the future are plans to build up the motor a little and boost it via a Pres. pro SC34 on a Inline Pro manifold.

Not sure if they make Tokico Yellows but the Ground Control & Koni Yellows seems to be a proven combination.

bump for you

d00d that's my old stomping grounds, what did you drive before (or still)?

My parents just moved out from there to Oakland. I bought my GS-R almost 3 years ago from a couple just 3 doors down from my old house in Collierville.

take care of the existing problems, then lower it, and get one pieces and you're set.
