Who makes them? I can get the Sparco's in Silver, Blue and Red, but who knows what company makes Black. I would prefer not to use paint.

Why don't you want to use paint? Whichever ones you buy are going to be either anodized, powder coated, or painted black anyway.

If you're afraid that the painted ones might chip or scratch, just remember that the others can, too.

 

Had mine painted black for 2 years, just used Krylon Anodized Black metal paint

Used regularly and only wore on the slider holes
