why wont they fit the 88-89 crx?

 

the 88-89 si calipers differed from the 90 to 91. i was told the spindles i was receiving would be 90 to 91 but turned out that the calipers on these "90-91 spindles" were from the 88 to 89. the places where the brake pads rest are in two totally different places. i know cause i had to order some 88 to 89 hawk hp brake pads. now i have these to sell. brand new with some brake lubricant.
