no way stock itr fuel pressure is that high, stock b16 fuel pressure is like 35-37. and when he says vacuum off that would be the fuel pressure at idle because obviously the pressure increases as you rev your engine.

Stock itr fuel pressure is 47-53psi, hose off...take a look in the helms manual. Ever wonder how Honda uses 240cc/min injectors on all of the B-series engines...they increased the fuel pressure.
