Default Should I trade blocks?

Alright guys, help me out! I currently have a B18C5 bottom-end I bought to rebuild for high-compression. The debate for this motor was to over-bore to 81.5 or re-sleeve to 84.5! While debating this, I've been offered something unique. A good friend has a acquired a B20 long-block for FREE! Luck B*stard! Anyway, he knows my plans and has mentioned a possible trade if I were interested. What should I do? The ITR block is probably worth more, but the the factory displacement would save me a lot of cash versus sleeving!

well you will want oil squirters and a block girdle for the B20 right?

I would keep my B18C5 and just swap pistons for my application since I had it apart from the head.
