Default HELP WITH JDM HOOD

guys i jsut got a spoon jdm hood cf hood i ahd some other kind of cf hood b4 neways the problem is the new spoon hood does not fit in perfectly right now the one side of it pops up about a half an inch where the side of the hood meets the fender anyone know how to adjsut ur fenders and hood etc ..........i check to see if its a default in the hood and no its not because i tried it on two other jdm conversion cars let me know thanks

maybe your fenders or hood hindge was tweaked to fit the other hood,
try to borrow a steel hood so you could bolt it up and push down to tweak the hindge, or maybe adjust your fenders.

also you might want to adjust the four bolts that attaches to the hood by the wipers. i doubt you have to adjust your fenders but.. again keep in mind aftermarket hoods such as carbon fiber won't always be a perfect fit.

yeah i know it wont fit perfectly it just seems like it fits good on others .......i think i might have figure it out it looks like the left side of the hood is two far down so thus it making the right front side of the hood up waht u guys think imma try to get a digi

if that's the case.. play with the rubber studs on the radiator support, they look like rubber thumbs.. they act like a screw that can adjust the way the hood sits. Hope that helps.

Yep, it might be time to buy a big package of washers to lift the fender(s), and then even everything else out until flush getting bodylines to match up sucks
