Apexi is a big problem right now.. yes.
my roommate ordered an Apexi N1 --->5 weeks ago (!) and still has not received it from Import Specialists because they are backordered
so she canceled that order.
good luck though, and I have heard only good things about Rollhard.

http://www.gotapex.com this site deals with computer reviews and especially online deals, anyways, one of the memebers is the guy who started rollhard.com, go to the FORUMS and just do a word search for Rollhard, im sure you'll be able to find his ID, or something, n talk to him, he's got a good rep there, so just start a thread n stuff, hopefully he'll try to back up whatever he said...

Ever thought about a Thermal exhaust? They sound really good - deep, not ricey like I've heard some APEXi exhausts sounds from. I know of a s/c'd ITR and a GSR w/the thermal cat-back and they sound great (really suttle off WOT too).
