Default EP3 Question about Tranny

Okay, i've heard a lot about the EP3 tranny being all messed up, something about it not going in at liek 1-2 or like 3-4, i was wondering if the 04 EP3's were fixed or is this still a problem, because i dont want tranny problems if i buy an Ep3, if there is i might as well go with the dc5-s

thanx bye bye

If your parents are pushing for you to get DC5, I think you should go the DC5 route... they are both nice cars, but the DC5 is the Acura, ya know, Total Luxury Care? 50K mile warranty stock, leather seats. If you are purely worried about the tranny problems, the dc5 had them too at one point, so does that preclude you from getting a dc5 too?
