Where can I get a cheap Python/Viper alarm system w/out installation?

Anybody know? It's hard to find someone who will sell me one for cheap w/o the install.

hm,m, ebay? or find a local hurting for money, buisness is slow shop

lots will not seel over the counter , unless they need to pay there rent
