should I change my brake fluid with 22,200?
it would never hurt to change any fluids before recommended intervals. especially if you've brought your car to a track event - which takes a toll on the braking system. even the fact that most itr owners will run their car harder than the avg. driver will warrant a more frequent change.
you should change your brake fluid at least once a year. it's not too hard and not expensive at all.

If you're just street driving, the OE honda stuff is good.
For track events, Motul RBF600 is liquid gold.

Just a comment about the Motul 600 fluid - I was buying some pads from the guys at Cobalt Friction so I thought I'd buy some of the Motul 600 from them as well for an upcoming track event. They told me that they recommend the Motul 600 be only used in dedicated race cars and that the Motul 5.1 (which they do not sell) that I am currently using will be just as good for a track day and I should stick with it. Said it was better that ATE Super Blue as well.... I found that interesting.

My car is still a street car.... I am using it with no ill effects at all.
I have almost 3,000 street miles miles, 10 track days with over 1,000 track miles on the fluid now, and it did not boil at CMP - and i was certainly not nice to the brakes there (glazed my XP8's).
So you guys can save money up front on ATE superblue and bleed it all the time, or use a better fluid and flush it twice a year. Less effort and less money spent in the long run. I really dont know where they got their info that you cant use Motul 600 on a street/track car.

I wasn't saying the Motul 600 is a bad fluid to use - I did find it interesting that Cobalt, who we all regard as Brake gods around here, suggested I not use it.

did they say why it should only be used in race cars?
