Default OIL PRESURE SWITCH NO VTEC ?????

Hi!
I brought this car 1 mounht ago and it seems to me that the vtech do not worck properly! Each time that I rev the engine up 4500 rpm the check engine light come on.
The check engine code is 22.
-I changed the Oil pressure timing swich for a new one from honda
-I have inspect and test the spool valve selenoild and filter ( it is clicking and it have a 15 to 30 resestance)

I read tha I could create a jumper out of a piece of wire and run it from D6 to A4, but my check engine light will light anain ( I supose I'm just paching the trouble?)

I checked almost everything from Honda Civic Factory Service Manual (92-95) about Oil pressure timing swich and the spool valve (I can not check the ecu or if the connections are good between connection and the ecu)

I 'm thincking that I may have not enought oil pressure maybe my oil pump is not good?

I need help

Thancks
