i have a 1990 civic hatchback with a b18b. I put a noid light on the injector plug and it wasnt very bright. So i tested how many volts it should have running to the plug and it should have 12 but im only getting 9. This is not enough to fire the injections i was told by my shop teacher. I think it might be a fried ECU or the injector resistor box. If anyone else thinks this could be it let me know please.
