I found him.....he's alive....
Had some problems with the RRRRRR running funny, so after unsuccessfully trying to fix it myself, I called him.
Whose arm is that?
Turned out the bolt that holds the rotor backed out and was sitting on the bottom of the distributor cap. Runs much better

I guess my little comment about those rotor screws not coming out was totally wrong. Note taken, learn something new everyday
