question about tranny
I have a d16y7 motor in my 91 crx hf. i was wondering what would be the best setup for the tranny. with i hf tranny i can go up to 80mph in second gear. also i know with the si tranny in 5th doing about 70 your at 3500rpms.
i was thinking about using the si tranny and changing some of the gears. anyone know what would be the best setup

I'm building a ZC hybrid tranny this week. I had an old CRX HF tranny on my JDM D15B Vtec (7200 redline) and could take 2nd gear up to 98 mph!! crazy long gears... Get any tranny other than the HF and you'll be much happier. Si and ZC are recommended.
