Valve Specs for H22a??
Intake .006-.007
Exaust .007-.008
Just did mine this weekend, do em so that the .006 fits with slight drag but .007 doesnt. That way you fall into that .006-.007 margin. Do the same with the exaust.

i'm ignorant when it comes to mechanical stuff, whats the intake and exhaust vavles? (i'm being stupid) when you take off the valve cover thats what your talking about right? (pardon my stupidity, i don't know anything)
Maybe you should have someone else do it then. The exhaust is gonna be the side that leads to your exhaust and the intake is the side that comes from your intake. So exhaust are the ones closest to you while standing infront of your car. Also do you even have a feeler gauge?

The specs that Revi-Ra gave are in inches and are correct, in metric the measurments are:
intake: .15 - .19mm
exhaust: .17 - .21mm
