Default thinking about a cruiser ..... shadow/valkyire?/Vulcan

What are some nice used prices I should be looking at?

I am thinking about getting one when my car is paid off in June for an alternate source of transportation and so I can really ALL TERRAIN my accord!

Any ideas on insur.?
I will be 25 in July and have a spotty record over the last 5 years ....... only 2 tickets in the last 3 but 5 before that. no accidents in over 5 years.

the prices now will be cheaper than in the spring. Spring= good weather which= high prices. See if you rlocal bike shop has left overs. I know we have some and they knocked 1500 off the cruisers.

I won't have the cash until July but I will be willing to wait until this time next year. I wanted to plan ahead for how much I would need...

take a look at the 1984-1991 honda magna 750s - they have V4 engines that are pretty torquey and still rev decent. they are very ergonomic and reliable as any honda, and have that style you're probly lookin for. very little maintenance/fuss except for the normal stuff. if i had come across a good one, i would have jumped on it...but i didnt have the cash saved up and i got a steal of a deal on my new bike and a good financing package.

but now i have a kawasaki instead of a honda, so i'll be tearing my bike apart and removing the cams to do a valve adjustment this weekend. its a lot simpler and in many cases a rare event to need to adjust valves on a honda. good thing i enjoy taking **** apart...
